Terms of Service
These terms govern accounts, portrait uploads, one-time video packs, generated dance media, and use of the Rumpelstiltskin AI Dance website.
Effective date:
1. Agreement and capacity
By using the service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a binding agreement and must use the site only where the service and your intended activity are lawful.
2. Account responsibility
Provide an accurate email, secure your sign-in method, and tell support about suspected unauthorized access. Creating linked accounts to avoid limits, restrictions, reviews or payment controls is prohibited.
3. How one-time packs work
A pack grants the stated number of video generations and does not renew. One accepted job reserves one video. A completed job consumes it, while a failed job restores the reservation to the same entitlement.
4. Rights in uploaded portraits
Upload only portraits you own or are permitted to process. You must have the consent and authority required for every depicted person and must not submit covert, exploitative, unlawful or misleading source material.
5. Limited processing permission
You keep rights you already hold. You grant the service a limited permission to store, transmit, transform, secure and return the uploaded portraits solely to operate the requested generation and related support workflow.
6. Use of generated outputs
You may download and use an output only when your portrait rights, music rights, publicity rights, trademarks and intended publication allow it. An AI result does not grant rights in a person, character, brand or third-party work.
7. Prohibited activity
Do not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate media, child-unsafe content, threats, hateful or harassing material, fraud, infringement, malware, automated scraping, security attacks, or content that violates law or provider safety rules.
8. Payments and delivery
Prices and pack sizes appear before checkout. Payment processing is handled by the configured provider. Delivery, unused allowance, duplicate charges and eligible technical failures are addressed under the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer protection.
9. Service operation
Queue time and output quality vary with demand, portrait quality, safety review and provider capacity. We may pause a job, purchase flow or account when needed for security, compliance, fraud prevention or system integrity.
10. Ownership and third parties
The site interface, original copy, code and brand remain protected. External authentication, payment, generation, analytics and hosting providers operate under their own terms, and their independent availability is not guaranteed by this service.
11. Disclaimers, liability and contact
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, exact likeness, universal compatibility or suitability for a particular publication. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. Questions should first be sent to [email protected].
