Refund Policy
One-time packs are reviewed according to delivery, usage and payment records; a provider failure restores the reserved video automatically.
Effective date:
1. Automatic restoration after failure
When a generation reaches a failed state, the reserved video is returned to the same pack. This restoration is not a cash refund and allows another attempt.
2. Problems eligible for review
Contact support promptly about a duplicate charge, a completed payment that did not deliver the purchased allowance, or a verified technical condition that prevents an entirely unused pack from being supplied.
3. Completed generations
A successfully completed generation uses processing capacity and normally is not refundable merely because a creative preference changes. Legal rights that cannot be excluded still apply.
4. Unused allowance after an approved refund
If a refund is approved, unused videos associated with that order may be revoked so the payment and delivered entitlement remain consistent. Videos from a different order are not affected.
5. How to request review
Use the private Support page or email [email protected] from the purchase address. Include a short explanation and the order context; never send a complete card number, password or verification code.
6. Processing and mandatory rights
An approved refund goes back to the original payment method. The card processor or issuer controls when it appears, often within several business days. Nothing here limits a non-waivable consumer remedy.
